Order:

Usually we dispatch within a day of receiving your order.
In case an item is out of stock, we will inform you instantly and you can change or cancel your order.

Shipping:

Inside Germany:
the flat rate for shipment including packing is 4,50 Euro.
We bear the expenses for the additional costs of C.O.D.
Selling abroad:
We send overland or by airmail and charge the postage.
Please ask for the costs of Your prefered shipment.

Prices:

All prices including german tax. For orders from non european countries
( like USA, Swiss ) prices will be reduced of 19 % VAT .

Payment:

We process orders from other countries by:
- Paypal
- credit card payments (Eurocard/ Visa / Mastercard ) or payments in
advance. For safety reasons we ask you to transmit the Creditcard
data via telefon or fax.
- via direct debit
- via bank transfer after you receive the invoice ( only inside Germany )
- via cash on delivery.



Guarantee,Change or Redemption

We guarantee for the quality of our products for 2 years.
The guarantee expires, if the product is not handled and maintained in a
proper way, or washing instructions are ignored.
You can return ordered merchandise within 14 days, it should be in unused and perfect condition. We don´t accept unfree deliveries.
Except from this rule are goods which have been special produced for you. Please contact us prior to the reconsignement.

Data Security

We store the data to process your order, and assure that we don´t pass the data to a third party.

Further Provisions

Girasol remains in the ownership of goods until complete payment.
Due to the handcrafted nnature of the goods there might be slight differences and variations in form or colour.
The appearance of colours might differ slightly, due to software and adjustment of equipment.

All our contracts underlie the German law.
This also applies to orders from other countries.
